Charest-Weinberg is pleased to present, CONTACT, a suite of new work by Sheree Hovsepian. Based in New York City, this will be the artist’s first solo exhibition with the gallery.

Sheree Hovsepian was born in Isfahan, Iran in 1974. She immigrated to the United States in 1976 and was raised in Toledo, Ohio. Hovsepian received her BFA from the University of Toledo with a focus on Photography and Art History, and in 2002, her MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Recent exhibitions include Harlem Postcards at the Studio Museum in Harlem, Portraits at the Spertus Museum in Chicago, and a solo presentation at West Street Gallery, NYC. Currently, she lives and works in New York.
